Artsy, rainy day wedding – Amanda & James

With Amanda's sense of style and laid back nature, and the fact that her and James had been doing long distance for years (he lives in Pennsylvania) I knew that their wedding would be a celebration to remember!  Little did I know, that it was going to be so out-of-this-world and so entirely badass!  With the help of Lynzie as a wedding planner extraordinaire at Love By Lynzie and one of Amanda's best friends, their vision came to life in pops of mustard yellow and teal, big fresh bouquets, great food and drinks from around the world (a family member brought champagne from THE Champagne in France!)

Everyone was stress free, full of laughs and easy going, even when it poured rain. Directly after the ceremony guests were asked to mingle in the main area for passed hors d'oeuvres and cocktails while speeches took place. The whole evening felt natural and relaxed as there was no sit down meal and guests laughed and mingled. Amanda and James even smashed a cellphone during their speech as a symbol of their long distance and relationship over the phone coming to an end!

This wedding was a blast to shoot (as you can see because I uploaded 80 images and not even mad about it), I can't wait for 2017 season and more badass weddings!
