When fellow wedding photographer Megan heard I was hosting sessions at Lovt in downtown Toronto, she jumped at the chance for me to shoot their engagement, and I jumped on their offer with the same enthusiasm. I LOVE shooting other photographers! There is just something so magical about a bride that has the inside intel on how to make her special moments pop on film. Love.

I'm so excited to share this Lovt engagement session, Lovt is a bright and airy rental space, chalk full of eye-catching decor and lush greenery. A perfect interior for the chill vibe of Megan + Justin, the couple du jour! Though I have met Megan before through contacts and events, this was my first time meeting her beau and man did the three of us click right away. I know they are the soul mates, but I really think the three of us were meant to be!! haha! Between intertwining friend circles and overlapping locations, jobs, and timelines, we all just accepted that we had probably crossed paths multiple times. The universe is funny like that.

This couple was glowing even when engulfed with warm light shining through the loft windows. Their smiles said a million words attesting to their comfort and connection; I didn't capture their spark, their spark captured me. They even let me try out some different poses and perspectives which left us exploding with creativity. When I look back at Megan + Justin’s  frames, I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to expand my vision with such a vibrant and engaging couple. Thanks guys!
